As you trot closer, you smell horses and flowers and grass and water and hay and humans through you sensitive nose. Cloud said you should be a horse where you were going. So, with your approval, she turned you into a horse. Like, she would have done it anyway... But hey? So you're trotting towards this big, huge, one-floor, stone building, with open doorways opening (leave me alone, OK? I'm not a pro) into unfenced tall-green-grass, flowered fields with lakes, ponds, trees and everything. Your horse instincts think it's wonderful. You are appaled by the building. You start a slow gallop towards it. You are overjoyed by the windows in your face. Two open sliding limestone doors lay open at each end. You trot into the one on your side. You smell hay and food. You whiny and snort. In the marble walls lined with open doorways, you can see a light reflection of you. A beautiful cherry colored bay with a star and a sock. You smile. Well, the best smile a horse can do. I'm telling ya, not a very big one. A girl who smells like she was with a mare walks over slowly. "Hello there," she smiles and strokes you gently. "I'm Meja."
She had black hair with stripes of blue in it and bright, dark blue, glowing eyes. A mare, the one you smelled on Meja, trots over, her hooves nearly silent on the matted floor. I'm Ebena, she says. She necks (like the kind of necking horses do, not the kind of necking humans do) you. You see, with your majicked horse vision, that Ebena is light grey with a large black star on her forehead.
~See, I told you you'd want to be a horse. Isn't it great?~ Cloud, I don't see anything. Okay?
Ebena trots over to Cloud and necks her. Meja gives her a rub down. Cloud nickers and thanks her, then dissapears. You try to nicker, but it comes out "I-ii-yyy!" --cough. "She could at least tell me..."
You brush yourself off and look around. "Where do all those doorways lead to?"
"'Stalls' as you call them. We prefer the term 'selrs'."
"Selrs?"
"You'll see," she shrugs, "Have fun. There's a list over there," she waves.
Cloud walks out of the last selr with you. ~So. How'd you like it?~ "It was great." ~Follow me,~ you try to take a step, but fall. Cloud... tell me these things... You trot over to her, and follow her out. She leads you to the big field you saw earlier, the one that each selr connects to. Cloud starts galloping through the tall grass. Gaut, Zava and Bam come out, followed by the rest of the horses. Bucking, rearing, snorting, nickering, and nipping start among Cloud and the horses. You join in. A blue horse with bright blue eyes and hooves trots over and joins in too. Meja? Yea, what?
She swings her rump against your shoulders, and pushes you into the lake. Now everyone's having a water fight. A whistle resounds and everyone trots off, leaving you and Cloud. ~The Mountains, The Jungle. ~
